We present methods and findings of developing and piloting a multi-modal training program for health informatics students with technical background without prior healthcare training or experience, imparting basic understanding of the clinical knowledge, including disease processes, clinical vocabulary, workflows and disease management.
Learning Objective 1: The learner will be better able to design and evaluate training program to impart clinical knowledge to health informatics students with technical background who do not have prior healthcare training or experience.
