Description
We present an intermediary, tabular model for structuring cancer treatment guidelines. This intermediate format enables quick codification of cancer treatment guidelines into a computable format by clinicians not formally trained in informatics. Simultaneously, this format can be used by formally trained informaticists to quickly encode the guidelines into established models such as conceptual graphs, Asbru, PROforma, GLIF3, etc. without any domain knowledge.
