Description

We conducted a questionnaire-based study to assess healthcare providers’ views and attitudes on learning more about health Information Technology (IT) and what key topics they would be interested in learning more about as part of a clinical informatics course. We identified four key areas relating to health informatics and training where staff were receptive to more training.

Learning Objective 1: After participating in this session, the learner should be better able to:
Understand the current gaps in knowledge of the system user surrounding clinical informatics whilst understanding the attitudes they have on learning more about informatics.
