Telehealth is an effective intervention for helping HF patients manage their symptoms at home but its adoption rate has been low. This qualitative study explored factors associated with home health care HF patients’ decisions to initiate telehealth. Analysis of semi-structured interviews (n=20) was guided by the UTAUT model. Three elements (Performance Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions, and Social Influence) were related to telehealth initiation. Other factors such as experience using may be associated with the decision.
