Description
As health systems and their vendors expand their patient generated health data (PGHD) capabilities in the context of new Stage 3 meaningful use criteria, it is valuable to understand how early efforts are taking shape. This qualitative project examines how leading systems and vendors are operationalizing PGHD at scale so we can identify common strategies and potential barriers that could limit the impact of PGHD.
Learning Objective 1: Understand different approaches to patient generated health data pursued by early adopting health systems.
Learning Objective 2: Identify emergent challenges to collection and use of patient generated health data at scale in health systems
