Arizona State University Biomedical Informatics offers undergraduate and graduate degrees (on ground and online) related to the effective use of information technology, data science, and knowledge representation at the molecular, patient, and population levels. BMI addresses opportunities in big data, mobile health, imaging, cloud architectures, and human computer interfaces to impact health and health care. This rapidly expanding field prepares graduates for careers in a wide range of health care settings. Our graduates are quickly employed in positions such as a biomedical analyst, medical information analyst, software analyst, electronic health records analyst, public health informatics scientist, research associates, among others.
